Today I found Theo. Theodore Meatball Zarycki.
Over the past couple of years, the discussion of the lion bunny was a reoccurring topic between my mother and me. I guess with so much going on, we never really got around to purchasing one. However, we always talked about how we wanted one; one that looked exactly like my Theodore. After talking with my roommates about my recent situation and my feelings about getting a Lionbunny, they surprised me and agreed to help me get one; and that’s how we found Theo.
So, my roommate Ahnee and I traveled to Lancaster, South Carolina to a place I still don’t believe was real, and made it to a very quaint farm where I was initially in shock. The farm had wild chickens, ducks, a dog, and loads, and loads of bunnies!
I honestly couldn’t even tell you how many different types of bunnies this breeder had, but boy would my mother loved the experience we had. See, my mother loves animals. She used to tell me all the time how she loved animals more than people; it was funny but sadly sometimes it may be true. I’ve only had Theodore for less than 24 hours, but I can honestly tell you his presence here has already brought me much comfort. He’s like my baby, a very furry and cuddly baby, but something I need to love and take care of each day.
Getting Theodore today made me very happy, and I know my mom thinks he’s just as amazing as I do, which makes it that much better. I know she’s probably laughing at how fat and fluffy he is, loving him just as much as I already do. I am very thankful for my new little angel. You know, it’s a proven fact that petting Lionhead bunny fur is extremely therapeutic.
Rabbit Rabbit.
