Top 5 Apartment Sites with LexPaige.com

Looking for a new apartment can be very, very stressful. With hundreds of sites, signs, and newspaper ads; it can get a bit overwhelming while trying to find your new nest. Between trying to find a place within your budget, has amenities, and isn’t in a forensic files neighborhood; your head will begin to spin with all the factors that go into finding the place that’s right for you.

As I have been slowly searching for a new apartment, I have weeded out my favorite and most effective apartment-hunting search engines for those of you who are going through the same quest. With my main focus being searching online (I’m a millennial) I have found my top five apartment finder sites that have helped me narrow down exactly what I want, need, and can afford during my apartment hunt.

The Apartment Hunt

Apartments.com: My favorite search engine to say the least; Aparment.com lets you select your rent range and area making it easy to find your next rental home.

Rent.com: This site says it all in the name; it’s for renters! Rent.com is a website that promises to give people access to listings of apartments for rent in your area, as well as lists of apartments that have been specially vetted for Rent.com visitors.

ApartmentList: With an interactive phone app and a fun and very easy-to-use questionnaire, this site breaks down your matches and makes it a lot less stressful during your apartment search. One of my favorite things about this site is how they categorize your rental options by pricing and amenities.

Rent Jungle: You can choose features you can’t live without, like a fireplace or hardwood floors, from thousands of listings in the area of your choice.

Zumper: This is a newer site, and with the options to explore, apply, and receive alerts; this online and phone app apartment site searches over 1,000,000 listings and allows you to apply to your favorite listings automatically.

With Love,
