6 Instagram Worthy Photos in Wyoming (Featuring Yellowstone & Jackson Hole)

Did it happen if you didn’t Gram it? Instagram has changed the way we travel. Social media has the power to introduce us to hidden gems and welcome us to some of nature’s greatest wonders. Places we may have never even heard of are being shared in posts that lead many of us to plan our next getaway. This is how I truly noticed the beauty of Yellowstone and wanted to make my adventure there. During my vacation to Wyoming and Montana, I wanted to share in the Insta-worthy love. So without further due, here are six spots to snag a photo worthy of your Insta Feed.

Inspiration Point

This location is located a two-minute drive down the road from the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. You can also take a trail nearby to hike to it (which we did for a few moments until we realized it was longer than we expected and didn’t have any of our equipment/water) but it’s a must-see. You can see the entire canyon from a higher elevation and become inspired. This is photo number two on my post.

Old Faithful Geyser

It’s known all across the globe and there is a good reason why. This is a highly predictable geyser that usually goes off every forty-four minutes.

Town Square Antler Arch

This is such a strange but super cool photo spot. It is located in the heart of downtown Jackson, Wyoming.  The Town Square is marked by four antler arches at each corner of the park so you have options. The arches are made from local elk antlers and are iconic Jackson Hole landmarks.

Morning Glory in Yellow Stone National Park

The colors say it all. This is located in the geyser park where old Faithful resides. It is a natural wonder that closely resembles the colors of a Morning Glory flower.

Snake River Overlook

Ever heard of Ansel Adams? Well, he was the photographer who took the world-famous shot of the Grand Tetons. You can find this roadside overlook on the main highway just north of Moose. It’s simply breathtaking and you may need to bring another SD card with you since you’ll be taking so many shots.

Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

Yes, you are looking at a real picture.
