I was introduced to essential oil jewelry last year when I was wandering through a local market. I purchased a bracelet and some oils and immediately I fell in love. I received November’s box which was the Perppermind Buzz Essentials. My box contained an essential oil diffusing pendant (which just happened to be my favorite color and stone too) a small jar of citrus and peppermint salve, a bottle of Peppermint Buzz Essential Oil blend, and information about the beneficial properties of peppermint.

With the citrus and mint hand salve, Essentials by Kikarose was kind enough to write all the ingredients (shown below) which I very much appreciated because I have some rather sensitive skin. Since we are going into the winter months, this was a blessing in disguise. My hands LOVE becoming dry with the cold weather like most and I also happened to be running out of my hand cream. Thankfully, this product did the trick and kept my hands hella hydrated.

After putting a little bit of the oil on the necklace bead I instantly could smell the sweet boost of the energizing scent.  I’m normally not the biggest fan of peppermint, but this was not overpowering at all. The necklace kept its scent through my whole eight-hour workday and to be honest, that day wasn’t as stressful as it normally is. #MondaySavedByKikarose
