Have you ever wondered what it’s like to zip through the trees? It’s so exhilarating! If you’ve never been ziplining, you are missing out. I have done zip lines 100 feet long and over 1,000 feet long. Ziplining is one of my favorite things to do. It’s thrilling, freeing, and just plain old fun.
About Carolina Ziplines
In 2010, Keith and Barbara Bollman purchased Carolina Ziplines Canopy Tour from the original owners. Their 12 children and 26 grandchildren contributed to the “family vibe” they brought with them. In North Carolina, Carolina Ziplines is located near Hanging Rock State Park. The zipline park is located on a 27-acre farm and features 11 different zip lines. It is a local and family-owned business that gives you the ultimate day of fun. My family and I took part in this family-friendly outdoor activity this month. Below you can see a video recap of how our visit went.

The Lex Paige Reaction
My family and I thought Carolina Ziplines was so much fun. In our group, we had ages 29 to 60 and all of us were able to zip through the trees. Our guides, Keith (owner) and Nick were hilarious and informative. During our trip they made us feel safe and have a great time. After teaching us the basics we began our adventure, having an absolute blast while sharing life’s stories and enjoying nature.
You don’t want to miss this unique and exhilarating opportunity to see the fall leaves in peak season. Ages 3-103 can zipline here and you will want to weigh less than 275 pounds and have a waist of 44 inches or less if going. I highly recommend visiting Carolina Ziplines in Danbury, North Carolina. Carolina Ziplines is open year round and you can book your reservation here. Do not forget to tell Keith and Barbra that you were referred by Lex.
With Love,
Lex Paige
