Get ready for Cary’s Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ Festival. It’s back and better than ever this year! Join other beer and BBQ loves for two amazing days filled with over 60 beers, 40 bourbons, and an array of delicious barbeque treats. The festival will take place at Koka Booth Amphitheatre on Friday, August 2nd, from 6 pm to 10 pm, and Saturday, August 3rd, from 12 pm to 6 pm. Come and celebrate Southern traditions with beer, bourbon, barbeque, and more, featuring live music including rock, blues, and bluegrass. Each guest will receive a souvenir glass for unlimited beer and bourbon tastings, ensuring a diverse range of flavors and experiences.
About The Festival
I love this festival. This will be my first time attending the festival in Cary, North Carolina, but I’ve been to a similar festival in Charlotte multiple times. One of the main attractions, “The Shrine of Swine,” offers perfectly cooked whole hogs and a variety of barbecue options such as pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and sausages, all served generously and affordably. There are also seminars in the Tasting Theater where you can learn from Master Distillers, Brewmasters, and Pit Masters. For those looking for more than just food and drinks, the Cochon Carnival features games like giant Jenga and cornhole, and a new local beer garden focuses on regional brews. Additionally, attendees can shop for brewerania, hot sauces, BBQ accessories, and more.
